These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at u-porno.com, together with any subdomains, mobile views, embedded players, RSS feeds, application programming interfaces, and other services that link to these Terms (collectively, “U-PORNO” or the “Service”). U-PORNO is operated by the U-PORNO Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

7. Third-Party Content; No Hosting of Video Files

The vast majority of audiovisual material made available through U-PORNO is sourced from third-party affiliate networks and content partners. U-PORNO acts as an aggregator and indexer; we do not produce, originate, edit, or store the underlying video files on our own servers, and we do not claim ownership of third-party content. Each third party retains all right, title, and interest in its own content. If you have a copyright concern regarding any specific item, please follow the procedure described in our DMCA Policy.

8. User Submissions

If U-PORNO permits comments, ratings, suggestions, or any other form of user submission (collectively, “User Submissions”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submission in connection with the Service and our business, including for promotional purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed.

You represent and warrant that each of your User Submissions is your own original work, does not infringe any third-party right, complies with these Terms and applicable law, and that you have all rights necessary to grant the license above.

9. Acceptable Use of U-PORNO

You agree to use U-PORNO only for lawful purposes and only in a manner consistent with these Terms. You will not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure, or interfere with any other party’s use of the Service.

10. Prohibited Uses

Without limiting the generality of Section 9, you specifically agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

  • impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • use automated systems (robots, spiders, scrapers, harvesters, downloaders) to access, index, mirror, or copy any portion of U-PORNO except as authorized by our robots.txt file or by our written permission;
  • attempt to bypass, defeat, or interfere with the Service’s security features, rate limits, captcha challenges, or content protection mechanisms;
  • use the Service to transmit spam, malware, ransomware, viruses, or any other code that is malicious, deceptive, or destructive;
  • collect, harvest, or compile personal information about other users, including but not limited to email addresses, IP addresses, or device identifiers, without their explicit consent;
  • use the Service or any content obtained from it for any commercial purpose, including resale, sublicensing, redistribution, or training of artificial intelligence models, without our prior written consent;
  • use the Service in violation of any export-control, sanctions, or anti-money-laundering law applicable to you.

U-PORNO contains links to websites operated by third parties, including affiliate networks, content partners, advertising networks, and unrelated third parties. We do not control these websites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or any transactions you may enter with them. Your use of any third-party website is at your sole risk and is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.

12. Disclosure of Information

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE U-PORNO TEAM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of U-PORNO or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred. This provision applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Governing Law; Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or U-PORNO will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, DMCA Policy, and 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and the U-PORNO Team regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
