18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

1. Statement of Compliance

The U-PORNO Team (“U-PORNO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is fully committed to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the distribution of adult content, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and the implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75. U-PORNO publishes only legal, licensed content sourced from a curated network of exclusive partner studios and authorized affiliate networks, each of which holds and maintains all rights, licenses, releases, and statutory records required to lawfully produce and distribute the material we display.

2. U-PORNO Is Not a Producer Under § 2257

U-PORNO does not film, photograph, edit, encode, store the masters of, or otherwise create any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. We do not engage in production within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c). All audiovisual material accessible through u-porno.com is provided to U-PORNO under written licensing agreements with our exclusive content partners and affiliate networks, who themselves are the primary producers of that material or hold valid distribution rights from the primary producers.

U-PORNO acts in the capacity of a distributor and indexer of content already lawfully produced by others. To the extent any activity of U-PORNO could be characterized as the activity of a “secondary producer” under any current or future interpretation of § 2257, we rely on the certifications, written representations, and recordkeeping obligations of our partners (see Section 3) and on applicable judicial and regulatory limitations on the scope of secondary-producer obligations.

3. Exclusive Partner Network — Licensing and Recordkeeping

Every piece of content displayed on U-PORNO has been licensed from a partner who, by contract, has represented and warranted to us, among other things, that:

  • the partner is the lawful producer or authorized rights-holder of the content;
  • every performer depicted in the content was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the content was produced;
  • the partner has obtained and retains all consents, releases, model agreements, and government-issued identification documents required to verify each performer’s age and identity;
  • the partner maintains the original records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 in accordance with applicable law, and has designated a custodian of records as required by those provisions;
  • the content does not depict any minor in a sexual context, any non-consensual conduct, or any other unlawful activity;
  • the partner’s production complies with all other applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the content was produced.

The original § 2257 records associated with any specific item of content on U-PORNO are held by the producing partner. Requests to inspect those records pursuant to the regulations should be directed to the relevant producer or to that producer’s designated custodian of records, identified on the producer’s own website.

4. Age Verification — All Performers 18+

Through our licensing agreements, U-PORNO requires every partner to verify, before any production is supplied to us, that each performer was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the content was created. Verification is performed by the partner using government-issued photographic identification documents and is documented in the partner’s § 2257 records. U-PORNO does not knowingly publish any depiction of any individual under the age of eighteen.

5. Zero Tolerance Policy

U-PORNO maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to:

  • any depiction of any person under the age of eighteen (18) in a sexual context, including any content that meets the definition of child sexual abuse material under any applicable law;
  • any non-consensual content, including content recorded, distributed, or threatened to be distributed without the explicit, verifiable, and continuing consent of every identifiable individual depicted;
  • any content depicting unlawful violence, trafficking, or exploitation of any person.

Any content reported to or identified by us as falling within any of these categories will be removed expeditiously, the responsible partner will have its supply terminated, and, where appropriate, we will report the matter to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at cybertipline.org or to other competent authorities.

6. Reporting and Contact

If you believe that any content available through U-PORNO violates applicable law, depicts a minor, has been published without consent, or otherwise should not be available, please contact us immediately:

Reports concerning under-age content or non-consensual content are treated as the highest priority and are reviewed on an expedited basis, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

7. Inspection of Records (For § 2257 Inquiries)

Because U-PORNO is not a primary producer of any content, the original records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are not held by U-PORNO. To inspect records associated with a particular item, please contact the producing partner whose link or branding appears next to that item on the Service. If you require assistance identifying the responsible partner, please email [email protected] with the subject line “2257 Inquiry” and a clear identification of the content in question (a direct URL is the most helpful), and we will use reasonable efforts to direct your inquiry to the correct producer.

8. Changes to This Statement

We may update this 2257 Statement from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Service or communicated through other reasonable means.
