Disclaimer: This document is a baseline template provided in good faith. It is not legal advice. Before public launch, U-PORNO operators are strongly encouraged to have this Privacy Policy reviewed and adapted by qualified legal counsel familiar with adult content, GDPR (EU/EEA/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), and other applicable data-protection laws.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the U-PORNO Team (“U-PORNO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit u-porno.com, together with any subdomains, embedded players, RSS feeds, application programming interfaces, and other services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”). It also explains the choices and rights you have regarding your personal information.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

6. Disclosure of Your Personal Information

We may share personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use trusted vendors (such as hosting providers, content delivery networks, and bot-mitigation/captcha services) that process information on our behalf under written contracts that restrict their use of the data to the services they provide to us.
  • Affiliate networks and content partners. When you click an affiliate link or interact with embedded third-party content, your interaction may be observed by that partner. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies, not by this Privacy Policy.
  • Legal compliance and protection. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, court orders, or other legal process; to enforce our Terms; to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of U-PORNO, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. If U-PORNO is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality commitments.
  • With your consent. Any other disclosure described to you at the time of collection or for which you give us your consent.

7. Cookies and Automatic Data Collection

U-PORNO uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for the Service to function, including session identifiers (e.g., PHPSESSID), authentication tokens, and security cookies (e.g., bot-mitigation tokens). These cannot be disabled without breaking the Service.
  • Preference cookies — remember your language (kt_lang), GDPR consent (kt_gdpr_consent), and similar settings.
  • Analytics cookies — measure aggregate usage of the Service. Where required, these are loaded only after you have accepted them through the cookie banner.

You can control cookies through your browser settings (deleting, blocking, or limiting cookies). However, disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent parts of the Service from functioning.

8. Third-Party Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Some pages of the Service may load resources from third parties (for example, the bot-mitigation widget served by our captcha provider). These third parties may set their own cookies or similar technologies and may collect technical data such as your IP address. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies. We do not authorize any third-party advertising network to track you across unrelated websites without your consent through the cookie banner.

  • Browser controls. Configure “Do Not Track” signals, “Global Privacy Control”, or content blockers as appropriate. We endeavor to honor opt-out signals where required by applicable law.

  • Rectification — request that inaccurate or incomplete information be corrected;
  • Erasure — request the deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal exceptions;

  • Portability — request a structured, commonly used, machine-readable copy of certain personal information you have provided to us;
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling;

We will reply within the time frame required by applicable law (typically 30 days, extendable in some jurisdictions). 11. International Transfers

U-PORNO is operated as an internationally accessible service. Personal information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including countries that may not provide the same level of data-protection law as your home jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law (for example, transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland), we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or other applicable safeguards.

12. Retention of Personal Information

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods depend on the type of data and the context. Server access logs are typically retained for a short security window and then aggregated or deleted. Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.

The Service contains links to websites, applications, and services operated by third parties, including affiliate networks and content partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party properties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party before providing them with personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the date of the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Service or communicated through other reasonable means. 16. GDPR Notice (EU/EEA/UK Residents)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent laws apply to our processing of your personal information. The following additional information is provided to comply with these laws:

  • Controller. The U-PORNO Team is the controller of personal information processed in connection with the Service.

  • Automated decision-making. We do not subject you to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
