DMCA Policy
Last updated: May 4, 2026
1. Our Commitment to Respect Copyright
The U-PORNO Team (“U-PORNO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of u-porno.com (the “Service”) to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond expeditiously to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the requirements set out below.
The vast majority of audiovisual material made available through U-PORNO is sourced from third-party affiliate networks and content partners. U-PORNO acts as an aggregator and indexer; we do not produce, originate, edit, or store the underlying video files on our own servers. Most takedown requests can therefore be addressed directly with the original content provider whose link appears next to the affected item. We are nevertheless committed to processing valid DMCA notices that are submitted to us.
2. How to Submit a Notice of Claimed Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent of a copyright owner and you believe that material accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated DMCA Agent (Section 3) that contains substantially the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- Identification of the copyrighted work. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material. The exact URL(s) on U-PORNO where the allegedly infringing material is located, in sufficient detail to permit us to locate and disable access to the material. Notices that refer to entire categories, search results, or to U-PORNO as a whole will not be actionable.
- Your contact information. Your full legal name, postal address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
- Good-faith statement. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy and authority statement. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of the work that is allegedly infringed.
- Signature. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Notices that do not contain all of the elements above may not be effective and may delay our response. Submitting a complete notice helps us act quickly.
3. Designated DMCA Agent
Notices of claimed infringement should be sent to our Designated Agent at:
U-PORNO Team — DMCA Agent
Email: [email protected]
Subject line: “DMCA Takedown Notice”
Email is the preferred and most efficient channel. We accept email submissions of DMCA notices that include all of the elements listed in Section 2 (a scanned signature is acceptable).
4. What Happens After We Receive a Notice
Upon receipt of a notice that substantially complies with the DMCA, we will:
- review the notice and verify, where reasonably possible, that the material identified is in fact accessible through the Service;
- act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material that is the subject of the notice, or, where the material consists of an embedded link to a third party’s server, take other appropriate action;
- where appropriate, forward the notice to the affiliate network or content partner that supplied the material so that the original source may also be addressed;
- take reasonable steps promptly to notify the user or partner who provided the material that we have removed or disabled access to it, where contact information is available.
5. Counter-Notification
If you are a U-PORNO user or content partner whose material has been removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notice, and you believe in good faith that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent (Section 3) that contains substantially the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):
- your full legal name, postal address, telephone number, and email address;
- identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court in the judicial district where your address is located, or, if your address is outside of the United States, the federal court located in the State of Delaware, and your agreement to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent;
- your physical or electronic signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will provide a copy to the original complaining party and inform them that we will reinstate the removed material in not less than ten (10) and not more than fourteen (14) business days after receiving the counter-notification, unless we first receive notice from the complaining party that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the activity.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, to disable access for and/or terminate the accounts of users or content partners who are determined to be repeat infringers of the copyrights of others. Determinations of repeat infringement are made on a case-by-case basis taking into account, among other factors, the number of valid notices received, the seriousness of the alleged infringement, and any pattern of behavior.
7. Misrepresentations
You should be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, incurred by us, by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or licensee, or by any service provider injured by such misrepresentation. Please make sure that your notice or counter-notification is accurate before submitting it.
8. Other Ways to Reach Out
If your concern is not a copyright infringement claim — for example, a privacy or non-consensual content concern, a trademark complaint, or a request to remove a depiction of yourself — please email [email protected] with a clear subject line describing your request (for example, “Privacy Request,” “Non-Consensual Content,” or “Trademark Complaint”). We take such requests seriously even when they are not formally subject to the DMCA.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Service or communicated through other reasonable means.
